The apartment is located on the top floor and is 70 square meters wide, in a very quiet and very bright position with a surprising view over the MaggioreLake. This superb 2-room-apartment can comfortably welcome 2-5 people: 2 in the large bedroom (with kings size bed) and 2 in the sofa bed (king size) in the large living room. Here it is possible to insert an additional folding bed (on request).The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all practical household appliances: dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster device, TV Sat 40″ with international channels. Air conditioning in all rooms (on request),furthermore: small balcony with lake view, bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 lifts. This small and nice single-room-apartment is located on the third floor and has a balcony overlooking the forest. With its 25sqm, it offers comfortable accommodation for 2 people.

The residence
Euroville is a comfortable private residence with 8,000 square meters of green areas in Germignaga (Italy), which dominates the Maggiore lake from the top of a hill.
Here you have the opportunity to relax quietly, to refresh in the large swimming pool and to have fun playing tennis.
A small football playground with basket are also available, as well as table table-tennis game.
For your rest, the Sport area is separated from the apartments.

The surroundings
Germignaga and Luino
The Maggiore Lake is not a boring place at all ! Beach lovers can bathe in the new dedicated areaalong the lake (1.5 km from the house); after that, the local shops in nearby Luino will be waiting for you for a souvenir. Not to miss the weekly market in Luino, which takes place every Wednesday since over 500 years and welcomes many tourists from europe.
In Direction Lugano, you can find Ponte Tresa, with the market on Saturday – and Varese the main city of the region, well known for its garden park and the Sacro Monte (Holy Mountain), situated only 25 minutes driving from the house
Surroundings
From Luinoharbor, you can make unique trips to the known Isole Borromeo, to Cannero or to the medieval village of Cannobio (market on Sundays), as well as to nearby Switzerland – Ascona and Locarno. The small village of Brezzo di Bedero, with the XII century church, is also easy reach.
Of course, you can also have some fun in the mountains through their hiking trails: The Forcora (m 1200) or Monte Lema (m 1600) can be reached in a few minutes by car(about 25-30), as well as the picturesque mountain village of Monteviasco, reachable on foot path or by cable way. The renowned city of Lugano, in Swiss Ticino canton is only 25 km – a half hour drive from the house. With the ferries in Laveno Mombello (15 km from the house) you can also cross the lake by car and visit Verbania and its market on Saturdays.
